NetFire’s policies on DMCA compliance are included below, and the full text of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act can be read here:

Filing a Complaint:

Per Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), all claims of copyright infringement for material believed to be on NetFire’s network or servers should be sent in the form of a written notice to the Designated Agent for DMCA Notices listed below:

  • NetFire Abuse Team
  • Phone: 1-855-696-3834
  • Fax: 1-732-491-8208
  • Email: abuse@
  • Postal mail:
  • NetFire Abuse Team
  • PO Box 5079
  • Basking Ridge, NJ 07920

Please submit the written complaint in only one form – email or fax. Multiple submissions are unnecessary.

Your complaint must include the following: your contact information (including a phone number), specific information about the alleged violation, and proper formatting.

The guidelines specified below are in accordance with the DMCA and ensure your report will be processed promptly.

  • Identify the material containing the alleged infringement, and tell us where to locate it. Providing a URL in your report is the most useful way to help us quickly find material, and is required by the DMCA.
  • Include a sufficient amount of your contact information such as an address, email, or telephone number at which we can reach you. Anonymous complaints will not be processed.
  • Include the following two statements:
      • I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • The information in the notification is accurate and, under the penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Sign the document.

Counter-claims and Notifications

As with all legal notices, NetFire may document cases of copyright infringement and make them available to the public and/or third parties who make them available to the public. DMCA policy requires us to inform clients whose content has been removed due to alleged copyright infringement, and those clients also have the right to file a report stating their content was wrongfully removed. If a legitimate counter-notice to the original claim is provided, NetFire will comply with the DMCA’s counter-notice procedures.
