Pricing & Billing

Why doesn’t NetFire list exact prices for different plans?

 We create individualized, custom solutions for each client. No two clients will have the same needs, so no two plans will be exactly alike in their infrastructure or cost.

How am I billed?

You can fund your account with PayPal, or pay your monthly bill with a credit card.  We are flexible with regard to billing, and are also amenable to other terms in order to meet the needs of your organization’s accounting practices.

Am I charged when my public cloud virtual machines are in a powered-off state?

Yes. Your disk space, CPU, RAM, and IP address are still reserved while your machines are powered off.

When do you charge my credit card?

We charge your credit card on the 15th of each month.
