Pricing & Billing

Why doesn’t NetFire list exact prices for different plans?

 We create individualized, custom solutions for each client. No two clients will have the same needs, so no two plans will be exactly alike in their infrastructure or cost.

How am I billed?

You can fund your account with PayPal, or pay your monthly bill with a credit card.  We are flexible with regard to billing, and are also amenable to other terms in order to meet the needs of your organization’s accounting practices.

When do you charge my credit card?

We charge your credit card on the 15th of each month.

Do you offer refunds?

This would be based on the terms set forth in your service contract.  In some cases, we may be able to offer refunds if we’re not able to fulfill the terms of that agreement.  For example, we guarantee 99.999% uptime to all of our clients, and provide some credit in such case that we fail to meet that goal.
