The NetFire SLA covers several components that support the availability of your website:

  • high availability SLA Uptime We offer a 99.999% uptime guarantee. This means that our data center network will be available 99.999% of the time in any month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Our emergency response time is under 15 minutes, and our response time for non-emergencies during normal business hours is under 60 minutes.
  • high availability SLA HardwareWe guarantee that all your server hardware components will operate, and will replace any failed components. “Hardware” includes processors, RAM, motherboard, or other related components.
  • high availability SLA Infrastructure We guarantee that our power and HVAC systems will be functioning 100% of the time in any month, except for scheduled maintenance. Infrastructure downtime occurs when a server is down due to power or cooling issues.
